Recipe of Shahi Paneer


The excellent taste´s reason is accurate mixing of variety of spices or herbs in that formula. Food preparation has been an excellent business in Indian. Ingredients:-

Paneer (cheez)
  • 250 gms. Cheez (Paneer)
  • 3 t-spoon ghee or butter
  • 4 espresso beans cut fine
  • 2 t-spoon grated paneer
  • 2 frequent chillies well grated
  • 2 cardamoms crushed fine
  • 1/4 cup curd
  • 1 red red red red onion cut into strips
  • 1/2 t-spoon red cereals powder
  • 2 t-spoon tomato sauce
  • 10-15 well cut cilantro leaves
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 t-spoon garam masala
  • 1 t-spoon nutmeg well grated

Procedure:-

  1.     Cut the paneer into little pieces.
  2.     Take 2 t-spoon ghee in a pan, heated it. Add normal soups, cardamom, red red onion and nutmeg,         make it for 4-5 times.
  3.     Add beans to it and further heated it for 5-   7 times. by covering up a lid.
  4.     Add curd and put the heat to high. Add 1/2 cup water and simmer it down. Add a luxurious gravy by preparing it in a mixie.
  5.     Take 1 t-spoon ghee in a pan, add gravy, garam masala and soups dirt. Mix frequently
  6.     Now, add use and paneer and make further for 5 minutes. Then, turn down the heated. Mix   everything.
  7.     Garnish the gravy with grated paneer and cilantro basically simply leaves.
